Classes

We have classes catering from absolute beginners to advanced workouts.

AB's

is a 20 minute concentrated core workout targeting and strengthening your complete mid-section.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

CARDIO STEP

is a 40 minute high intensity step class with easy moves followed by 20 mins conditioning.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

CIRCUIT

is a simple, fun, high energy circuit-style class that includes cardio and resistance exercises and aims to improve your fitness and strength.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

HI-LO

is a high intensity combo class featuring: hi/lo aerobics moves; fast, basic step; body conditioning.

This class is aimed at Intermediate fitness levels.

KICKFIT

is a combination class with hi-lo impact moves, mixed with the latest kickboxing craze moves. A great workout for those wanting to maintain or improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.

This class is aimed at Intermediate fitness levels.

PILATES

is a core stability, strength and flexibility class specially designed for our gym members.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

PUMP

is a great way to tone your body through weight training. It's a total body, non-impact workout using weights and pump bars to the accompaniment of music, focusing on correct technique. Weight selection can be easily adjusted to suit the very beginner to advanced participants.

RETRO-FIT

is a high energy, high intensity class based on the original feel-good 80's aerobics class.

SENIORS

Various class styles catering to the over 55's.

STEP

is a high energy class targeting your aerobic fitness with co-ordinated step moves.

This class is aimed at Intermediate fitness levels.

STEP CIRCUIT

A combination of basic step, and a circuit class. A cardio and conditioning class that works your whole body. Great for some variety.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

STRETCH

is a 25 minute class targeting those typically tight muscles.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

YOGA

focuses on postures, flexibility, strength, breathing, relaxation and mind/body balance.

This class caters for all fitness levels from the very beginner upwards.

ZUMBA

it's what you've been waiting for ... the new dance fitness craze, workout and party at the same time, with easy to follow moves and a latin rhythm.
